If you don't already know your cap size, take a tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows and ears, measuring to the nearest 1/8 of an inch. (Note: Using a friend or a mirror makes this a lot easier. Just make sure your friend isn't sporting a camera – what an embarrassing shot that'd be.) Divide the measurement by Pi(3.14) to get your cap size. Don't like math, or can't track down new batteries for the calculator?
Just use the chart above.
Step One: Place your thumb on the inside of the cap just under the center of the brim. Use the thumb and forefinger of your other hand to grip the back of the cap.
Step Three: Pull the rear of the cap down just below the base of the skull, keeping the front of the cap about an inch above your eyebrows. Feel the bite?
Step Two: With the brim facing forward, lift the cap up over the top of your head, and lower it onto your head.
To Use the Ear Band: With each hand, grip the ear band on either side of the cap, just behind the ear. Pull the band down until it covers the tops of your ears. NOTE: DO NOT untie the string at the front of the cap to position the ear band.
